Planning a wedding can be quite the challenge, however, we found with the guidance of the staff of Platinum Weddings and Events that our journey was made seamless. It was our goal to give our daughter a wedding she'd remember with fondness but not to have it "staged." Platinum Weddings and Events staff worked like a well oiled machine. I want to personally thank you for the time and effort you put into the wedding for Megan and John. I know it is your job but you were not only professional but you were calm and patient even when the rest of us were not. You did a great job with all of us girls on Friday for the Bridal Party day. From coming up with plan B for the breakfast to taking Jessica in the car when she could not ride on the bus. You did a great job of being right there when we needed anything but yet never being seen. And once again you kept everything together and flowing at the rehearsal dinner.

I don't think that Amy could have a better assistant than you. Hiring Platinum Weddings and Events was the number one best decisions we made. Amy and her team were amazing every single step of the way. Not only is Amy, but her entire team, incredibly organized, flexible, creative, responsive, but the attention to every detail helped make our wedding have that "Wow" factor. Although our wedding day has yet to occur, I can already tell you that it would not have been possible without the team at Platinum Weddings and Events. My fiance and I made the decision to have our wedding in Austin, a city that we have fallen in love with over the years. Only problem - we live just outside of Boston.

Because we are having a destination wedding, the majority of our communication is completed via conference calls and/or email exchanges. They are very understanding of busy schedules, and can organize these calls at a convenient time for everyone. Every single question that has come up has been responded to promptly.

When it came to travel to Austin for walkthroughs, tastings, and other various meetings, it couldn’t have gone any more smoothly. Though we had a very busy several days, each meeting was scheduled effectively, and vendors were narrowed down to those that she felt would best match our personalities. They truly knocked it out of the park! We were able to condense what could have been several months worth of meetings into just four days....

Just a quick note to say a huge 'thank you' for your sterling efforts for Angela & Mitch's wedding. It was a beautiful occasion, and a truly memorable one, and we were so pleased that everything went so well. When I was first told that we would have to have a day of coordinator, I thought why we don’t need that. I was so wrong! Gosh, Mali and I have finally caught our breath. So I wanted to let you know we really had a blast at our wedding and enjoyed ourselves! Thank you for all the preparation, consulting, execution, and most of all the last minute details you and Anthony did for us. Our families all have sent emails and phone calls about how well they thought the wedding went and like you told us, if it doesn't go exactly as planned, no one will ever know. It was especially great knowing you were always in the background taking care of things. The flowers, cakes, pictures etc. were all very nice! I am sure we will continue to see you around Austin!

In one word, describing Amy and her service…WONDERFUL. There are simply not enough strong adjectives to explain how thrilled we were with Amy and her team. We had a very extensive wedding way out of town at our Ranch- 250 people coming mainly from Austin. We had LOTS Of extras for the 100 children we had at the wedding. She arranged everything form the Amy's Ice Cream, frozen lemonade (for our daughter), to the petting zoo, pony rides, horse drawn carriage, clowns, cozmo jumper and artist for cartoon pictures of the guests. We had flowers everywhere, handing candles from the trees, and lots of tents to manage. We had to bring in our own electricity and portable bathrooms (real bathrooms- not port a potties); they were air-conditioned complete with lighted mirrors and flowers. We had to have cooler fans, mobile refrigerators for ice and extra lights for the parking area as we started in the light and finished in the dark. She had to arrange for a stage, dance floor, extra food for our 20 attendants in the wedding, singer and keyboard not to mention the band, chairs for ceremony,...

We wanted to thank you for putting so much work into our wedding. Without all of your help, our day would not have been so perfect. You guys definitely are the best.

Thanks so much for all your good work. You really eliminated a lot of the stress that can come from such an event. It was so nice to be able to concentrate on each other and our guests and not even thing about anything else. We really enjoyed spending time with you. Warm Wishes!
